During its opening weekend, Lionsgate’s John Wick: Chapter 4 debuted with $73.8 million, before its foreign earnings added $122 million to get to a staggering $245 million globally this past weekend. The movie saw the light of day on March 24 in the United States, meanwhile, it was released on March 6 in London.

In the John Wick spinoff Ballerina, Cuban-Spanish actress Ana de Armas will play the lead role of an assassin trained at the dance school seen in John Wick: Chapter 3. The film is set between the events of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum (2019) and John Wick: Chapter 4 (2023).
Along with Armas, the movie Ballerina will also star Ian McShane, Keanu Reeves, Lance Reddick, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Norman Reedus, and Anjelica Huston. Len Wiseman will don the director’s hat for the upcoming movie Ballerina. The script for the film will be penned by Shay Hatten and Emerald Fennell based on characters created by Derek Kolstad. Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee, and Chad Stahelski, the director behind the John Wick franchise will serve as the executive producers for the film.
Keanu Reeves will be reprising his role as John Wick in ‘Ballerina’
During a recent interview with Collider, the movie Ballerina’s co-writer Shay Hatten confirmed that Keanu Reeves will also be seen in the upcoming film. His role in the movie will be more than just a cameo. Shay said, “We got him to be in it for a good chunk.”
Hatten went on to say, “He’s a real character, and it’s not just kind of a one-piece cameo. He’s got… well, I shouldn’t say too much, but he’s in the movie in a way that I think people are going to be really excited by.” As per The Hollywood Reporter, Lance Reddick will also reprise his role as Charon.
