Demon Slayer has returned to the screens with its third season after a wait of almost a year and a half. The highly-anticipated anime follows the Swordsmith Village arc of the manga series and shows Tanjiro Kamado facing new enemies while trying to get his sword repaired.
The show is being simulcasted by Crunchyroll for international audiences. Now that the subbed first episode of the third season has aired, fans are wondering when would the English dubbed version of the anime release. Read on to find out.
Demon Slayer Season 3 English Dub Release Date
The first episode of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba season 3, titled Someone’s Dream, premiered on Crunchyroll on April 9th. The episode is available with subtitles in a variety of languages, including English, French, and Spanish.
However, the streaming platform has not yet officially announced the release date for the English-dubbed episode. Crunchyroll earlier announced that the English dub would be available at some time during the Spring slate, but the exact date has not been revealed yet.
The platform usually releases English-dubbed episodes around two to three weeks after the initial subbed release. However, the previous season of Demon Slayer, the Entertainment District Arc, got a dubbed release some eleven weeks after its Japanese release.
Hence, the English-dubbed version of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba season 3 could be released at any time between the end of April to June this year. To watch the show, you will need to subscribe to Crunchyroll. The streaming service offers several different plans, ranging from $7.99 a month to $14.99 a month.

You can still check out the trailer for the new season while waiting for the dubbed episodes. The footage shows ‘Upper Moon’ demons, who are said to be the strongest members of Kibutsuji’s Twelve Kizuki. Some of these demons will be making an entry into the anime in the new season.
“It is the Taisho Period in Japan. Tanjiro, a kindhearted boy who sells charcoal for a living, finds his family slaughtered by a demon. To make matters worse, his younger sister Nezuko, the sole survivor, has been transformed into a demon herself. Though devastated by this grim reality, Tanjiro resolves to become a “demon slayer” so that he can turn his sister back into a human and kill the demon that massacred his family, ” reads the official description of the show.
Demon Slayer Season 3 English Dub Voice Cast
The third will see the introduction of some new voice actors as the new Upper Rank demons, including Jonah Scott as Kokushibo, Stephen Fu as Doma, Christopher Corey Smith as Hantengu, and Brent Mukai as Gyokko.
The rest of the cast in the English dub will include Abby Trott as Nezuko Kamado, Aleks Le as Zenitsu Agatsuma, Bryce Papenbrook as Inosuke Hashibira, Greg Chun as Muzan Kibutsuji, Zach Aguilar as Tanjirō Kamado, Griffin Burns as Muichiro Tokito, Kira Buckland as Mitsuri Kanroji, Greg Chun as Muzan Kibutsuji and Lucien Dodge as Akaza.
